Isn't the reveal the fun part? I did a challenge with a huge number of sign-ups (75, erk, welcome to the Harry Potter fandom O.O) and found myself chasing people with butterfly nets. A dozen went AWOL. 22 sounds much more manageable.
Still, when the stories appear, the running around and cat-herding becomes worth it. *g*
